Ingredients
for french rare it is 12 mins a pound
should ask for long and slim
for stock
1/2 glass of red wine
1 pint stock
1 tsp butter
1 tsp flour
 
put stock cub in half a liter and add to gubbins and then add all together .
add flour once a wee bit cooled

Instructions
gas mark 9... might need a wee bit extra cooking and resting time
