To make muffin.
Mix together Medifast pancake packet, 1/8 tsp baking powder and 1/4 cup water. Spray coffee mug with Pam. Pour pancake mix into mug. Microwave for 1.5 minutes. Slice muffin in half.

To make egg.
Spray coffee mug or small ramekin with Pam. Pour in 2 TB of eggbeaters. Microwave for 1 minute or until egg is done.

Heat up the Morningstar Farms Breakfast Sausage Patty in the microwave from frozen for about 45 seconds. Assemble muffin, egg, sausage & cheese between the sliced muffin.

|
Fat Free American cheese can count for an optional snack (though not recommended by Nutrition Support) or can be counted towards your lean. Read the Nutrition Support response here and decide for yourself how you want to incorporate it.
