     Summer Tuna Cakes

Ingredients
1 finely shredded zuchinni
1 6 1/2 to 70 oz can tuna
1 1/2 c bread cubes
1 egg
2 t grated onion
1 t lemon juice
1/4 t salt
1/4 t pepper
2 T salad oil
 
2 slivces whole wheat bread
2 mayonnaise
2 large lettuce leaves
1 small tomatio sliced
Instructions
Pat dry shredded suchinni and mix with nrext 7 ingredients.
Shape into 2 3 inch pattied
In 10 inch skillet brown in salad oil
Serve with bread, mayo, and top with lettuce and tomato
