3 tsp Premium hot chocolate mix, or 1 1/2 tsp cocoa
1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
Instructions
Blend ingredients in mixing bowl and then mix at high speed for 5 minutes. Do not underbeat.
Use an Angel Food Tube Pan, Do Not Grease. Place 1/3 batter in pan. Sprinkle 1/3 cinnamon mixture over top. Swirl with a fork. Add 1/3 batter. Sprinkle 1/3 mixture. Swirl. Add rest of batter and sprinkle the rest of cinnamon mixture.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes. Cool in pan 15 minutes. Remove and continue cooling.
To divide into 2 cakes, if you want to have smaller cakes, bake 30 to 35 minutes.
