     Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients
1/2 onion
1 green pepper
1 clove garlic, chopped
2-3 ribs celery, chopped
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 lbs ground beef
2 Tbsp chile powder
1 cup mushrooms
3 cans tomato soup
 
2 cans tomato paste
Dash of hot sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/3 cup chopped parsley

Instructions
Saute veggies in oil. Add beef and brown. Add soup, then paste, then rest of ingredients.
Simmer until thickened, about 1 hour.
Serving Suggestions
Simmer as long as possible; the longer you simmer, the more robust the sauces' flavors.
