Flour cubes of beef and brown in oil in pot
Add 2 cups of water and beef bouillion.
Simmer one hour
Chop onion, carrots and peeled potatoes.
Saute onions in one tablespoon oil.
Add to beef.
Add more water so that all is covered with water
Salt and pepper to taste.
To make the sauce, mix 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce, 2 tablespoons corn starch and 2 tablespoons cold water.
Add to stew after potatos are softt tho thicken liquid into a gravy.
