     Teriyaki Chicken Lean Cuisine -378

Ingredients
4oz boneless, skinless chicken breast; sliced
1 tablespoons La Choy teriyaki
1/2 cup brown rice, cooked
2 pineapple rings
10 pea pods
McCormick Grill Mates chicken rub
 

Instructions
Spray skillet with Pam. Add chicken breasts and saute until almost cooked.
Sprinkle a little of the chicken seasoning in. Add in pea pods and continue sauteing until chicken is done.
Serve on top of brown rice, drizzle teriyaki sauce on top, and top with pineapple.
