1 tbsp evoo

1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper

8 sliced tomatoes

2 large leaves of romaine lettuce

Instructions |
|
|
Combine salmon, onion, lemon juice, oil and pper in
medium bowl.

Spread 1 tbsp cream cheese on each 4 slices of bread

Spread 1/2 cup salmon salad over cream cheese

|
Top with 2 tomato slices, a piece of lettuce and
another slice of bread.
