     Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup butter
1 cup pumpkin
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/4 tsp cinnamon
 
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp nutmeg
1 cup chocolate chips
-optional-
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
Cream together butter, pumpkin, vanilla, sugar, and eggs. Add dry ingredients. Drop by spoonfuls and bake 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
