Thinly slice pork tenderloin and set aside.Whisk together 3/4 c water cornstarch soy sauce & hoisin set aside. In a skillet or wok brown meat in btches using 1 T oil about 3 min each batch. Transfer to a plate.
Add remaining oil to wok. Stir fry bok choy green onions and spices for about 3 min.
Return pork to pan and any juices. Add soy mixture and sti fry till thickened about one min. Serve over rice.
