Ingredients
1 orange
3-4 tbsp sugar (to taste)
1/2 cup port
1 tbsp cornstarch
1-1/2 lbs cherries - washed & pitted
 

Instructions
Grate orange zest into 2-3 quart saucepan. Add juice from the orange with the sugar, lemon juice, port and cornstarch. Stir until dissolved. Add cherries and cook over medium heat 3-4 minutes or until sauce thickened slightly. Serve over vanilla ice cream or non-fat vanilla yogurt.
