     Cheese Sauce

Ingredients
flour 25ml
salt 25ml
pepper 1/2ml
optional-garlic 1ml
butter/margarine 25ml
milk 250ml
cheese(grated) 50ml
 

Instructions
IN a small bowl mix together the dry ingredients.
In a heavy bottomed sauce pan, on medium heat melt the butter.
Add in dry ingredients and mix weith a whisk.
Pour in milk whisk well then you use wooden spoon to stir until boiling and thickening occurs. Remove from haet and stir in cheese
Serving Suggestions
put on broccoli, pasta...etc.
