     Honey Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups fresh cranberries
1 can (8 oz) pineapple chunks in juice, undrained
5 tbsp water, divided
3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp golden raisins or dried currants
1/4 tsp ground allspice
1 tsp cornstarch
Chopped pineapple and additional golden raisins (optional)
 

Instructions
Combine cranberries, pineapple with juice, 2 tbsp water, honey, raisins and allspice in small saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low; simmer 3 to 4 minutes or until cranberries begin to pop.
Stir remaining 3 tbsp water into cornstarch in small bowl until smooth. Stir into cranberry mixture. Cook and stir 4 minutes or until mixture boils and thickens. Transfer to serving bowl; garnish with chopped pineapple and additional raisins. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
Serving Suggestions
Can be served warm or chilled with roast poultry or pork.
