Wrap each ear of corn in plastic wrap and microwave on high 3-4
minutes. Let cool. Cut kernels from cobs. In large bowl combine
corn, beans, onion, peppers, garlic and cilantro. Set aside.
In small bowl, whisk together oil and vinegar. Pour over veggies;
add salt and pepper and stir to combine. Serve chilled.
