In a small bowl whisk together soy sauce honey corn starch garlic and 1/2 c water.
Season shrimp with 1/4 tp each salt & pepper. Heat 1 T oil in frying pan over med heat. Add shrimp and cook tossing occasionaly till opague. 1-2 min. Transfer to a plate.

Add oil to pan and sti fry carrots broccoli onion and garlic. Cook till they begin to soften 3-5 min.

|
Return shrimp to skillet. Whisk the soy sauce mixture to blend again and add to the pan.
|
|
|
Cook for additional 1-2 min till sauce has thickened and shrimp are reheated
