     Melon Dessert Nachos

Ingredients
nonstick cooking spray
2 tbs sugar or sugar substitute equivalent to 2 tbs sugar
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
3 6-7 inch whole-wheat flour tortillas
1/2 cup softened light tub-style cream cheese.
1/3 cup light dairy sour cream
1 tsp finely shredded orange zest.
1/4 cup orange juice
2 cups chopped assorted melon
 

Instructions
preheat oven to 425 degrees F. coat a large baking sheet with cooking spray,set aside. in a small bowl, combine 1 Tbsp of the sugar or substitute and the cinnamon. lightly coat both sides of each tortilla with the cooking spray. sprinkle both sides of each tortilla lightly with the cinnamon-sugar mixture. cut each of the tortillas into 8 wedges. place wedges in single layer on prepared baking sheet.bake for 6-8 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp,turning once halfway through baking. wedges will crisp as they cool.
meanwhile,in a small bowl,combine cream cheese,orange zest,sour cream,2 Tbsp of the orange juice and the remainder of the sugar. whisk until smooth. set aside.in am medium bowl,combine melon and the remainder of the orange juice.
to serve,divide tortilla wedges among six dessert plates. spoon melon mixture onto wedges. spoon cream cheese mixture onto fruit.
Serving Suggestions
1 serving is about 5 tortilla wedges and 1/3 cup of salsa.
