     Cream Cheese Mints

Ingredients
1 (8oz) package cream cheese
1 (3lb) powdered sugar
 

Instructions
Cream cheese needs to be room temperature. Slowly add powdered sugar until all 3lbs are kneaded into the cream cheese. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Use in small batches adding food color or paste and flavorings. Roll in granulated sugar using mint molds, press out onto wax paper on one side, turn and dry.
