     Mexi Soup

Ingredients
2 lbs Hamburger
1 onion, diced
1 Green Pepper, diced
2 pkgs McCormick Taco Seasoning
1 pkg Ranch Dressing (dry, not dip)
1 can Ranch-style Beans w/ jalapenos
1 can Bushs Black Beans
1 can Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
1 lg can Tomato Sauce
 
1 reg can Tomato Sauce
1 can Rotel
1 can Niblet Corn
1 can chopped Chilies
2 Beef Boullion Cubes, dissolve in 1 c. water
2 cans Beef Broth
1/2 jar Salsa
1 bunch Cilantro, chopped fine (including stalks)

Instructions
Brown meat, add onion & 3 pkgs seasoning. Stir well until cooked. Add all other ingredients, bring to boil, simmer as long as possible. Freezes well.
To Serve - top with shredded Mexican 4 cheese, tri-colored tortilla strips, diced green onions, diced jalapeno (if desired)
