Ingredients
1 Burger Patty
salt, pepper, garlic (to taste)
2 pieces Italian Bread
2 Tbsp Mayo w/ garlic and mustard
2 slices swiss cheese
2 slices cheddar
1/2 c. sliced onions
 
Instructions
Season Burger. Cook. Melt butter in pan - put mayo on bread. Put opposite side (dry side on pan) Put cheese on bread in pan Melt Butter. Carmelize onions. Season. Layers- Bread-Cheese-Patty-Onions-Bread
