Instructions |

|
mix the flour, salt, baking powder, cinnamon
|

mix the eggs, sugar, vanilla , oil with a hand mixer then add the carrots and zest.

fold in the wet mixture with the dry , mix to combine
|
|
|
frosting-
1 packet of whipping cream
1 Philadelphia cream cheese
about 2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons butter
