Put flour into bowl, add salt & baking powder. Then add milk a little at a time. Beating well after each addition. After adding all the milk, break in 3 eggs and blend briskley. Heat lightly oiled griddle or frying pan on medium heat. Pour or scoop batter in center of griddle or frying pan (approx. 2 tablespoons for each crepe). Tip and rotate pan to spread batter as thinly as possible. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
