Bake at 350 degrees. Cream butter, peanut butter and sugars. Add eggs, beating well. Weat in vanilla. Combine flour, oats, baking soda, and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture. Stir in chips. Drop by spoonfuls onto baking sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
