preheat oven to 325F. Beat eggs, add sugar, oil, zucchini, and vanilla. Mix well. Sift together dry ingredients and add to wet mixuture. stir in nuts and dates.
pour into 2 greased and floured 9X5 loaf pans. Bake for 60 minutes or until edges are brown and toothpick comes out clean. cool on rack.
