     Pizza Crust

Ingredients
1 Tbs cornmeal, on Stone
1 1/2 cup Flour, separated
1 pkg Quick Rising Dry Yeast
1 Tsp Sugar
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 cup warm Water
1 Tbs Vegetable Oil
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Mix ingredients with 1/2 cup of the flour. Allow this to rest for 10 minutes. Blend in rest of flour to form a nice dough and let rest another 10 minutes.
Roll out 2 10 inch crusts. If the dough wants to shrink too much, cover with a towel and allow to rest a few minutes.
Slide the crust onto a pizza peel and decorate with your favorite ingredients. Do not press down on the peel. Slide prepared pizza onto the pizza stone and bake approximately 10 minutes or until done.
The following from Mary Ann. My friend and I prepared crusts and baked them 3 to 4 minutes. After cooling, we froze the crusts individually in gallon sized bags. For quick meal, pull out a frozen crust, decorate it and bake approximately 6 to 8 minutes. They were good.
