     Butter cookies

Ingredients
2 lbs. butter
8 c. flour
3 1/2 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
 
Instructions
Cream butter and sugar, beat until light and fluffy.
Add flour gradually.
Make into balls. Press down with 2 fingers
Bake 375 for 10 min. Ungreased cookie sheet
