Mix together 1C margarine, brown sugar and 1C sugar. Add 2
eggs, peanut butter, baking soda, salt, and vanill. Blend in Flour
and Oatmeal. Spread in greased 9x13 pan. Bake 20-25 minutes
Chocolate frosting
Place 3 T butter, 3 T milk and 3/4C sugar in saucepan. Bring to
a boil. Continue to boil for 30 seconds. remove from heat. Add
1/4c chocolate chips and vanilla. Spread over bars.
