1 bunch of fresh spinach steamed, drained & chopped
1 cup cucumber seeded and diced
1 cup mayo
1 cup sour cream
1 pack knox vegtable soup mix
1/4 cup diced red pepper
Instructions
Wash, chop and cook spinach on low heat covered. Once wilted remove from heat & drain well.
Peel, seed and dice cucumber. Seed and dice red pepper.
In bowl mix mayo, sourcream, soup mix, cucumber, red pepper. Add spinach fold in gently. Chill 2 hours.
Cut top 1.5 inched off bread bowl. Hollow out bread bowl, place spinach dip in center place top back on it to keep it fresh. Serve on plate with veggies and other dippables surrounding bread bowl.
