8 slices rye bread

4 tsp sharp, hot mustard
|

1/2 head radicchio, thinly sliced

1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
|

1/4 lb hard salami, thinly sliced

1/2 lb Jarlsberg cheese, thinly sliced
|

4 tsp butter
|

Instructions |

|
Spread 4 sliced bread with mustard
|
|
|
Toss radicchio with vinegar, place on top of bread.

Later each sandwich with 3 slices of salami and
cheese
|
|
|
Brush both sides of sandwich with butter. Grill in
panini press until cheese is melted (about 4
minutes)
