     Pot Roast

Ingredients
one 3-4 pound cross rib roast
one onion chopped
2 cloves of garlic chopped
2 pckgs of dry italian dressing mix
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
11/2 cups water
1/2 cup red wine
 
1/2 package baby carrots
1 large russet potato pared and cubed
3 tbsp corn starch

Instructions
Put all ingredients in crockpot for 8 hours or until meat shreds. Mix 2 tbsp. water with cornstarch, put in crock pot till sauce thickens.
Shread meat and serve.
Alternative is to use meat for hoagie sandwiches.
Butter hoagie bread on inside, broil till brown, Put meat on hoagie roll, top with one slice provolone and enjoy!
