Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat. Add cocoa and stir until well dissolved. Remove from heat and add vanilla, milk, and powdered sugar. Add powdered sugar one cup at a time, beating after each cup. Add more milk, about 1 tsp at a time or, adjust the powdered suger to spreading consistency.
