Mix Group 1 together. Typically mix 5 cups of flour in the beginning, then i add the wet ingredients in order listed, stirring between each item. Nest i gradually add the additional cup of flour.Mix all ingredients together for 4 minutes, allow to rest for 10 minutes then mix again for 4 minutes. Turn onto floured board, cover with a towel, and allow to double in size (30-45 min). then roll to about 1/2 inch thick. Spread an entire cube of softened margarine on the dough, cover with cinnamon only. Cut to desired thickness, usually 12 rolls from one batch. Allow to rise again until doubled. Bake at 350 degrees for 22-25 minutes.
