     Branding Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients
-Group 1-
6 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tbsp yeast
-Group 2-
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
 
2 cups hot water

Instructions
Mix Group 1 together. Typically mix 5 cups of flour in the beginning, then i add the wet ingredients in order listed, stirring between each item. Nest i gradually add the additional cup of flour.Mix all ingredients together for 4 minutes, allow to rest for 10 minutes then mix again for 4 minutes. Turn onto floured board, cover with a towel, and allow to double in size (30-45 min). then roll to about 1/2 inch thick. Spread an entire cube of softened margarine on the dough, cover with cinnamon only. Cut to desired thickness, usually 12 rolls from one batch. Allow to rise again until doubled. Bake at 350 degrees for 22-25 minutes.
Frost with Butter cream frosting 4 cups powdered sugar 1 cube softened butter 1 tsp vanilla Milk-enough to reach the desired consistency Mix butter and powdered sugar together, add vanilla and then gradually add the milk until you reach your desired consistency. Then whip the frosting for some time to get it fluffy.
