     Great Grandma Gram's Chocolate Chip Cupcakes

Ingredients
3 cups flour
2 cups white sugar
2 teaspoon soda
1/2 cup cocoa
2 cups water
1 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla
FILLING
 
8 oz cream cheese
1 egg
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup chocolate chips
pinch salt
Instructions
Mix filling in separate bowl and set aside.
Combine dry ingredients, and add water, vegetable, oil, vinegar, vanilla. Mix well.
Fill paper lined tins 1/2 full then put 1 teaspoon of filling in center of each cup. If any remains, divide evenly. Bake at 350 for 20 min
