     Sour Cream Potatoes

Ingredients
Potatoes
medium onion, grated (or use dry)
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 cups cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
 

Instructions
Boil potatoes whole. Cool, skin and grate. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix potatoes, onions, sour cream, butter, salt and pepper and 1 cup cheese. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with one cup of cheese. Cook until bubbly. Can be made ahead.
