Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine organic flour, baking soda, and sea salt. Set aside. Cream together sugars and butter until smooth, beat in eggs and organic vanilla. Blend in dry ingredients. Add organic chocolate chips. Drop dough by rounded tsp or batter scoop onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes, until edges are nicely browned. Cool onto waxed paper or freezer paper.
