In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. COmbine the flour, baking powder and salt; add to creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in the chocolate chips, cinnamon chips,and nuts. Spoon into a greased 13 X 9 X 2 inch baking pan; pread to evenly cover bottom of pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until top begins to crack and is golden brown. Cool on a wire rack. Cut into bars.
