Combine milk, oil, sugar, and salt in bowl and stir until sugar is dissolved. Beat eggs and add to milk mixture. Stir in some flour (about 6 cups). Add yeast then add the rest of the flour to make a soft dough. Let rise. Roll out. Spread soft butter, sprinkle on white sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon and nuts (optional). Roll starting from longside and seal edge. Shape into ring on greased baking sheet. Cut almost to the center at 1 inch intervals. May twist it slightly if you want to. Let rise and bake for about 10 minutes. Cook at 400 degrees. Makes 4.
