     Ginger Glazed Salmon w Broccoli Apple Slaw

Ingredients
1 T finely grated ginger
3 T honey
2 T soy sauce
2 garlic cloves minced
4 skinless boneless salmon filletts about 1 lb.
olive oil
Broccoli Apple Slaw
1/4 c olive oil
 
3 T cider vinegar
2 T honey
2 T soy sauce
6 oz brocoli stems grated
1 apple cored and thinly sliced
2 c finely shredded red cabbage
1 bunch green onions thinly sliced
1/3 c sunflower seeds toasted

Instructions
combine ginger honey soy sauce and garlic in a small bowl. Brush salmon with a little oil and some soy mixture. Cook salmon in a hot pan over med high heat brushing with soy mixture. Cook for about 3 min per side depending on thickness of salmon
Place oil vinegar honey and soy in a jar. Shake till well combined. Toss remaining ingredient together and drizzle with dressing. Toss well
