In a wok or larg skillet heat oil over med high heat. Stidd bok choy stir fry till bright gree about 2 min. Stir fry garlic for 5 seconds. Add bok choy and stir fry till bright green about 2 min. Cover and steam stiring occasionaly until stalks are tender crisp 4 to 8 min. Stir in cornstach mixture and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered until almost no liquid remains. Plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
