Slice unpeeled, washed cucumbers about 1/4 inch thick
|

|
|
Add onions garlic and salt. mix well, cover with ice and let stand 3 hours
|
|
|
|
Drain & remove garlice cloves. combine sugar spices and vinegar. Heat just to boliing. add drained cucumbers and onions. Heat 5 minutes
|
|
|
|
Pack hot pickles in sterlized hot jars
|
