In a large mixing bowl, whisk together- 3 cups canned pumpkin,2 cups heavy cream,4 eggs,1 cup maple syrup,1/4 cup brown sugar,1 1/2 cup ground cinnamon,1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 1/4 tsp allspice, and 1/4 tsp nutmeg. Pour mixture evenly over bread , gentley pressing down on bread cubes to submerge. Let stand approximately 30 minutes.
