I usually soak the beans over night. Cook them till soft but not mushy. Then I freeze them so when I want to use them in cooking they are ready to use.
I found I prefer the flavor of the smaller dry beans.
Mix all the ingredients together. Adjust flavor if necessary.
Keeps 2 weeks.
You can play with the ingredients mixing matching.
You may add cooked cut green beans, corn
