     Sweet & Hot Carrot Salad

Ingredients
3 carrots cut into matchstick size
1 red pepper cut into small cubes
1 garlic clove chopped
1-4 cup chopped parsley
3 T Chinese sweet & hot sauce
1 T vinegar
 
Instructions
Mix everything together and you get a nice salad.
Variation- Leave off sweet hot sauce and add oil, lemon, 3 garlic cloves, salt and hot green pepper.
