     Middle Eastern Fish

Ingredients
4 pcs fillet fish
1 pepper red or green for color
6 garlic cloves
1/4 ts crushed chili peppers
1 ts paprika
salt & pepper to taste
1 cup chopped cilantro leaves (coosbara)
1 chopped tomato
 

Instructions
3-4 T oil in frying pan. Slice pepper and garlic arrange on frying pan add the tomato. Sprinkle chili peppers on them.
Mix together the spices with 2 T oil and rub on fish. Arrange on vegies and sprinkle cilantro leaves on them.
Cover and cook on low heat till fish is tender 10-15 minutes. If too much liquid cook uncovered.
