Let cream cheese soften. Mix with taco seasoning and
salsa.

Spread thin layer of cream cheese mixture over flour
tortilla.
|
|
|
Roll flour tortilla and place on platter.
|
|
|
Chill tortillas for an hour. Cut in 1 inch sections.
