     Pumpkin Apple Bake

Ingredients
1 plus 1/2 cup pancake mix
1 1/3 plus 1/3 cups fat-free condensed milk
1 can (29 ounce) pumpkin
1 can (20 ounce) apple pie filling
1 Tblsp pumpkin pie spice
1 cup packed dark brown sugar
Canola cooking spray
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350° F. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with canola cooking spray.
In a microwaveable small bowl mix 1/2 cup of pancake mix and 1/3 cup of the sweetened condensed milk until well mixed. Mix the remaining pancake mix and milk with the pumpkin, apple pie filling, pie spice and brown sugar together. Spread the mixture into the prepared pan.
Microwave the dough mixture for a few seconds, until bubbly. Drizzle the bubbly, hot dough mixture over the pumpkin mixture.
Bake for 50 minutes. Top will be toasty brown in color when done. Let sit 5 minutes before cutting. Refrigerate unused portions.
