     Martha's Rolls

Ingredients
1 pack active yeast (not rapid rise)
3/4 cup warm water
2 Tablespoons Sugar (Can use up to 1/4 cup for sweeter roll)
1/3 Cup Oil
2 Cups Self Rising Flour (add up to one additional cup but not more than you have to)
 

Instructions
Dissolve one pack of yeast in 3/4 cup of warm water. Let stand for 5 minutes.
add- 2 Tablespoons sugar ( I use about 1/4 cup for a sweeter roll) 1/3 cup of oil 2 cups self-rising flour (you will probably have to add nearly a cup of flour, but be careful to not add no more than you have to. Mix well, roll out, cut and let rolls rise. You can put melted butter on top of roll before baking.
You can mix the rolls and put in the refrigerator. Roll out, cut and then let rise before baking.
Bake 400 degrees for about 10 to 15 minutes.
