     Brocolli casserole

Ingredients
2 boxes chopped brocolli
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. mayo
1 can cream of chicken soup
2T butter
1 onion chopped
1c. grated cheese
 
Instructions
Cook brocolli, draibn. Melt butter and saute onions, Add soup, mayo, and cheese. Add beaten egg
Remove from heat and add brocolli. Put into greased casserol. Sprinkle with crumbled cheese crackers.
Bake 30-4- min. 350 oven
