Spread grated cheddar in ungreased 9x13 dish. Sprinkle chiles on top. Top with grated jack or mexican blend cheese. Pour eggs over all and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until top starts to brown.
Cool slightly and then cut into squares.
Can yield as many as 48 squares, depending on the size you cut.
