Combine sugar, hot chocolate mix, and butter in a double boiler
over boiling water. Stir until melted. Add both chocolate chips.
When they begin to melt add 1/2 cup of the milk/ Stir till smooth.
Let it cool
Combine step 1 material, rest of the milk, and ice in a blender.
Blend to smooth and enjoy!
