2 tablespoons sliced green onions, (about 2 medium)
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 platter assorted fresh vegetables, for dipping
Instructions
Combine sour cream, dry milk, green onions,
vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper in small bowl;
stir until smooth. Serve with vegetables.
Dry milk helps thicken this sour cream-based dip.
Cut up some carrots, broccoli, bell peppers,
mushrooms and green beans for a healthy and
colorful snack.

Note- For a lower fat dip, substitute 8-ounce container light or nonfat sour cream for sour cream.
